The Spectra Ranger 3L Data Collector with FAST Survey Field Software is a complete data collection system for GNSS surveying. The onboard surveying software features COGO (Coordinate Geometry) and stakeout routines, optimizing the functionality and control of your Spectra Ranger field controller for topography applications.

Versatile and Accurate

The full alphanumeric and touchscreen Spectra Precision Ranger 3L has an integrated Bluetooth for easily connecting to field equipment without cables. This field controller also has a built-in GPS receiver with enabled WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System) that improves the tracking accuracy to approximately 10 feet.

This survey data collector also features an integrated compass and an accelerometer that automatically rotates the graphics on the screen based on the device’s angle.

Run Powerful Applications

Powered by Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional operating system, this portable data collector runs the mobile version of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office applications. In addition, the SatViewer app enables surveyors to use the advanced features and adjust the GPS settings of the Ranger.

Using a high-capacity SD card, USB memory stick or Wi-Fi, transferring survey data to your laptop or PC is a breeze. The Ranger 3L data collector comes standard with a high-speed processor and 8 GB of internal memory for storing data.
Spectra FAST Survey Software

This Spectra Ranger 3L comes with Spectra FAST Survey software – a graphical field solution designed to optimize the functionality, performance and control of your Spectra Ranger 3 data collector in the field. It has advanced features, such as offset staking, slope staking, cut sheet report and road templates. This field software also runs on the Spectra MobileMapper 10 and supports Ashtech ProMark and ProFlex GNSS receivers.

All-day Outdoor Functionality

With an IP-67 rating, this survey data collector withstands sand or dust for at least 8 hours of operation and survives water immersion up to 3 feet for 30 minutes. In addition, the rechargeable Li-Ion battery powers up the device up to 30 hours on a single charge.
